Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to have a smooth experience with FREECH. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund.

Eligibility:

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

  • Proof such as images or videos may be required for verification

Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that FREECH reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID.

Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

Shipping Policy

FREECH processes orders within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
